All UME branded products are guaranteed to be free of synthetic fragrances and dyes, parabens, harmful preservatives, petroleum, glycols, and sodium laurel (laureth) sulphate. Wherever possible we use plant and vegetable based ingredients that have been produced using ethical and sustainable practices. Our guarantee is to produce products that promote health, fair trade, sustainable living, and non cruelty to animals. We firmly believe that people should know what they are putting on their bodies and using to clean their homes therefore, we have fully disclosed all ingredients used in our products and only promote companies that do the same.

 

We stand behind our products

If you're not extremely delighted with your UME product purchase, then neither are we. UME product are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, with any UME product, simply send the product back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. See Shipping and Returns for more details.

Please note the majority of UME products are handmade to order for you. We strive for consistency, but because each order is made by hand, this cannot always be achieved.

 

Shelf Life

Because UME products are made using varied natural ingredients we recommend using them within 6 months to 1 year. You can help extend the life of your products by storing them in their closed container in a cool, dry, dark environment. Avoid getting water into a product when using in the shower or tub.

 

Animal Testing

We respect all living creatures and guarantee that UME products have not been tested on animals. We have researched our ingredients and supplies to ensure that they too have not been tested on animals.
