Step 1: Always start by cleansing and moisturizing your face. Your skin should feel soft and supple.

Step 2: Loose mineral foundation is best applied with a flat top brush that has soft, dense bristles. Place the head of the brush directly against the holes of the sifter.

Step 3: Tip the whole unit upside down, tap the bottom of the jar, and lift the brush off the sifter. There should be a light dusting of minerals on your brush.
